Release autodocodec-0.7.0.0 and autodocodec-exact-0.0.1.0 Two of the bugs the weeder check led to change what gets encoded, and the Result removal takes something off the API, so these do not belong in a release nobody was told about. Also pins the omission: a value whose every field is at its default now has an exact expected encoding, rather than relying on the generator happening to produce the default.
