Release to Hackage from CD Releasing by hand means every version bump needs someone to remember which of the ten packages changed, and a forgotten one stays unreleased until a user notices. Let CD do it: the release-to-hackage script uploads exactly those packages whose version is not yet on Hackage, so a push that bumps no version releases nothing and a push that bumps three releases three. The cachix settings move from the flake's 'nix-ci' output into nix-ci.nix, because NixCI ignores that output entirely once the file exists. autodocodec-api-usage is excluded: it only holds the api usage tests.
