Demo: a source change that keeps dependencies cached

Adds a doc comment to lib/bombadil-cli/src/main.rs. This rebuilds the
bombadil-cli crate, the binary, clippy and the tests, but the dependency
derivation (.#deps) is unchanged and stays a cache hit.
