Pin how a lot orders against an unrelated currency

Every other fixture pairs a currency that sorts before the lot's underlying,
where the derived Ord and the old Currency Ord agree, so nothing caught the
difference.  Plain ZZZ next to a lot of AAA does: the derived Ord puts every
currency before every lot, so ZZZ comes first.
