Give code samples more width on narrow screens

Section, box and pre each add horizontal padding, which nests to 4.25rem
per side.  On a 390px viewport that left 302px of readable code and
clipped 14 of the 26 samples on the syntax page; trimming the three to
0.75rem on mobile leaves 342px and clips 7.

Load bulma before the page's own styles so these overrides win on
cascade order.  That also lets the code colour override drop its
!important.
