Deploy from here too, and hang the nix off the package A flake describing real routers had to know how to split a configuration file, which vm test to depend on, how to wait for a router to come back, and in which order to do the two halves. None of that is about anybody's house; it is how this tool is used, and it belongs with the tool. So `deployFor` is here now, along with `checkedFor`, and all four of them are passthru attributes on the package rather than a separate `lib` output. A consumer takes the package and finds everything hung off it.
