Assert that the static leases land with the reset The split rule puts them there, and nothing said so. Now a test counts the leases in a file and in the half that is paired with the reset and insists they are the same number, over every example that is deployable. With the rule reverted it fails on both of them. reachable.rsc gained two leases so the test has something to count, which also means the tool test applies them to a real router.
