Remove the router's copy of an export by name /file remove takes ids, so passing a name matched nothing and every download has left its temporary export behind on the router, saying only "no such item" about it. A find that matches nothing removes nothing, so this also cleans up after the runs that failed to. The error a failed command logs now names the command, since the two in this file are indistinguishable otherwise.
