Download the chassis off the router

The chassis file says what a vm has to look like for a configuration to
mean there what it means on the real device, and until now it was written
by reading the very configuration file it is meant to check. Asking the
router instead removes that circularity.

Interface names come from default-name, so an interface an earlier
configuration renamed still reports what the hardware calls it, and from
find, whose order is the order a vm has to rename them in.
