Bring the README's commands back in line with the tool The flags moved onto the subcommands when the router one arrived, so every command in it was wrong by a word order. apply is gone as a subcommand and the README still pointed at it. Adds the two halves of a stopped deployment, which is what somebody reading this at the wrong moment needs, where the password comes from, and the host checks, which nothing here mentioned.
