Fetch the CHR image rather than being handed one `--image` was required, on the grounds that MikroTik's licence does not grant redistribution and so nothing should depend on the image without being asked. Nothing pushes it anywhere either, so that bought a flag every caller had to pass and a paragraph in three files explaining why. `routeros-vmtest` now picks the pinned image for the chassis architecture, which means it carries both. `--image` overrides it with one you already have. `vmtest-for` no longer has to know that chassis architectures and images are related at all.
