Run the whole test suite, internet tests included, via pure-impure

Collapse the offline pytest check and the separate network-test check
into a single pure-impure run of the full suite. The fixed-output
derivation is granted network, so the internet-dependent tests no longer
need to be deselected; all 991 tests run inside `nix flake check`.
