Discover the dependency graph as well, synchronously The manual edges stay: the workspace-hack artifact rooting the Symbolica cache DAG, the test-support artifacts the nextest archives reuse, and fmt before the package it gates are all orderings NixCI cannot see in the derivations. Discovered edges merge with them, so turning discovery on adds the dependencies nobody wrote down rather than replacing the ones that were. That matters because an edge missing from a hand-written graph lets two jobs build the same derivation at the same time, and we pay for both. Discovery is synchronous, so no job starts before the graph is known and those duplicates never get scheduled.
