#1701, only flag one-component module qualifiers

A qualifier that is a full module name is how you tell two modules' Map types
apart: a module using Data.Map.Map and Foo.Map.Map would have both flagged, and
dropping either qualifier is wrong. Restrict the hint to Map.Map, Set.Set and
friends, which is what #1701 asked for.

Also drop the ImportQualifiedPost pragma, which the module never used.
