Keep one list of the types this tool reads as primitives Two rules ask about the same set from opposite directions: HsNoAnonymousScalar about a field that went without a name, and this one about the newtype that would have given it one. Each had its own copy of the eighteen names and its own copy of the reason Bool is somebody else's business, with nothing connecting them, so a set that drifted would have one rule asking for what the other does not read. The set lives in Hopinion.Facts.Primitive now, along with Primitive itself, which is the parsed form the project-tier rule compares and stores, and the containers a newtype goes inside rather than around.
