ical-recurrence: test the limit leaking into a yearly BySetPos

yearlyDateTimeRecurrence leaks into filterSetPos twice over: through the
'next > start' guard, which the companion test covers, and through the
'd <= limit' guard, which this covers.  Fixing only the first leaves this
failing.  The monthly and weekly functions have the second leak too and
are covered for it; yearly was not.
