ical-recurrence: test Until against out-of-order yearly occurrences

Both Count and Until assume the occurrences ascend.  The companion test
covers Count, which picks the wrong instances.  Until fails harder:
recurUntil stops at the first element past it and discards the rest, so a
single day out of order silently truncates the tail of the recurrence
set.
