Measure at which levels Nx knows about dependencies Nx file map carries a per-file deps field, which would be dependency information below the project level. It is empty for every TypeScript file in this workspace: 88 tracked, 0 carrying deps. All 16 deps-carrying files are package.json. So in a pnpm workspace Nx knows dependencies at exactly one level, project to project, derived from the manifests. That is the same derivation nix/graph.nix does at evaluation time, which is why the two match exactly.
