Add the real-repository handoff and the report page

HANDOFF-REAL-REPO.md is for a session that has the actual monorepo, as opposed
to HANDOFF.md which is for continuing the experiment. It leads with the two
commands that decide the architecture, because everything else is conditional on
them: whether an undeclared import resolves, and whether any tsconfig path
mapping crosses a project boundary. Both passing means the manifests are the
graph and Nx is not needed; either failing means the generated-table route.

It also carries the established findings so they are not re-derived, the recipe
in the order the pieces bite, the three guards and why the build derivations are
not optional, the measurement traps that cost real time here, what not to
bother with, and a definition of done.

docs/nix-without-nx.html is the same evidence as a browsable page, wrapped as a
standalone document so it renders from the filesystem rather than only inside
the artifact host.
