Code audit: remove the hardcoded npm scope and a parameter that did nothing

Two findings from auditing the Nix expressions as an artifact somebody would
port rather than as evidence.

The npm scope @nx-exp was baked into the symlink paths in three places, so
porting this to any other workspace meant finding and changing them.
Dependencies are now linked under their real package name, taken from the
manifest, which also works for unscoped packages.

toSource threaded a name argument through every call site in the hope of
naming the source store path. lib.fileset.toSource offers no way to do that:
the path is always named "source", so the argument only ever set an attribute
nothing read. Removed, along with the stale claim in the header comment that
this module makes Vitest output deterministic, which was reverted days ago.

CI=true moves from the shared tree setup to the two places that run Vitest; a
tsc build has no use for it.
