Release the sorted-completion tests as opt-env-conf-test 0.0.0.5 opt-env-conf 0.15.0.3 made the path completers sort their directory listings and updated the tests that assert the completion output in the same commit, but opt-env-conf-test was not bumped, so those test changes never reached Hackage. The released opt-env-conf-test still expects the order the filesystem happens to report entries in and fails against opt-env-conf 0.15.0.3 on machines that list directories in another order. The test suite now also asks for opt-env-conf >=0.15.0.3, because it asserts the sorted output that only that version produces. Fixes #29
