Drop the remaining codecs' names too Same as the quantisation factor: Amount, Account and DecimalLiteral each carried their own type's name as an autodocodec documentation comment, which a consumer rendering comments into prose repeats under whatever the field is actually documented as. Dropping rather than naming, because naming costs the derived type.
