Drop the quantisation factor codec's name instead of naming it

Naming it cost the type. A consumer that derives a NixOS option from the
codec cannot see through a reference to the integer behind it, so the option
came out with a description and a default but no type at all, accepting
anything. That is worse than the stray word in the description this was
meant to remove.

The word itself was the type's own name, which the type already says, so
there is nothing to keep.
