Take sydtest's typed scenario paths again

This reverts commit 53f73542febac659ee344479cb8aa4d6992595ce.

That revert was there because the test suite built against nixpkgs' sydtest,
which still has the FilePath scenarioDir.  The flake now takes sydtest from
git, so the typed API is the one we build against and the reason for the revert
is gone.
