Release sydtest 0.34.0.0 instead of 0.33.0.1

exceptionHandlers is gone from Test.Syd.Run, which Test.Syd re-exports
wholesale, and a test that used to take the suite down now fails
instead.  A fourth-component bump no longer covers that, so this
supersedes the 0.33.0.1 release rather than following it.
