Always run sydtest-test's test suite The suite was only run on GHC 9.10.3 because the forward-compatibility build ran it on other compilers, where the output tests fail on differing random data and callstacks. That build is gone, so the only thing the hardcoded version still does is silently disable sydtest's own output tests the moment nixpkgs bumps its default compiler.
