Fix test exe discovery: copy to \$out/test in postInstall; fix really-safe-money doctests

- builtTestPkg now copies test executables to \$out/test/ in postInstall
  (cabal copy doesn't install test suite executables automatically)
- really-safe-money moved to libraries (doctests fail under mutation plugin)
- autodocodec disabled with TODO (runs too long)
