Pass stdenv to pkgs.srcOnly to silence eval warning

pkgs.srcOnly emits 'srcOnly: stdenv not provided, using stdenvNoCC'
when no stdenv is passed.  Pass stdenvNoCC explicitly; the unpack
phase does not need a C compiler.
