Give the catch-up wait a deadline, and trim what it says Waiting for the standby looped forever if it was never going to get there, while the wait for the database right next to it had a deadline and a comment about why a hanging suite is the worst answer. Now it has both. The comments were saying the same things in three places. The example belongs in the module header, the reasoning about which part of a test happened long ago belongs on asOfLongAgo, and the call sites need neither.
